The class will consist of gentle stretching through Yoga postures, breathing techniques to release stress and bring you into a relaxed state ready for lying down Meditation to finish so you can really switch off. Hatha Yoga helps you to re-balance and re-store your energies. Suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome.

Techniques learned from Buddhism, Yoga, Shamanism, Mindfulness and visualisations. At times I use sound techniques such as spiritual music in the background, drum, Tibetan Singing Bowls and Chao Gong. I will also give you practices to take at home in between classes. Suitable for all levels.

Skip Oliver is an experienced, registered yoga teacher since 1999. Each class is uniquely choreographed and paced and includes a blend of gentle vinyasa and meditative flow coupled with deep breathing and relaxation. Yoga is not concerned with whether you can touch your toes. All levels are welcome, including beginners.
We are a small, friendly WI who meet at 2.30pm on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
New members or friends welcome. Lifts can be arranged for those without transport.
