2017 - What a Year!
2017 was an excellent year for the two main Village events, The Village Day and Bonfire Night. £2,468 was raised by the Village Day which was shared between
the Hall, the cricket club and the Friends of Holy Trinity Church.
The Bonfire Night raised £1793 which enabled donations to St Catherine’s Hospice,
Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance, the cricket club and the Village Hall.
Both these events broke previous fund raising records and grateful thanks go to the organisers and all who supported them. A great time was had by all and we
look forward to a repeat performance this year.
